| Insurance Procedures for inconvenience |
sallie00 |

I am told that the repair shop will have my car 3 days to repair the damage from the accident.
Do the insurance company who is paying for the repair will they help with that inconvenience, like paying for a rental car, etc?
Any info will be appreciated, like what are my options, etc?
Thanks in advance.

Clarification/Follow-up by sallie00 on 10/04/07 10:56 am: I found out his insurance isn't going to pay because they say they believe their client who said he was standing still and I hit him.
So, of course, one of us is lying. I thought the accident report would prove to them I was right. I feel that I am being victimized. The damage is $650.00.
I thought, the accident report would dictate as to who fault it was more so than what either one of us had said. I feel the insurance company just refusing to take responsibility.
Is there anything else that I can do to justify the wrong?
Thanks in advance? Clarification/Follow-up by sallie00 on 10/04/07 12:30 pm: This is just some additional infomation that I thought might be helpful.
I have the accident report, and so do the insurance company that is refusing to pay.
An agent from my insurance company said, that the company believed their client.
My agent didn't have a copy of the accident report, said they couldn't pursue it anymore because I don't have collision insurance.
