I have lost an eye and am phycially too weak to undertake such a project....beside my skills are maybe now too old....( its about 2years since my accident)
any way....thats beside the point..
Yes there are good project undertakers at this site..
but i would suggest you to try out..

they do have arrangement to post..your project...then let undertakers bid on it...and then let you to decide after ward who in your judgement .... should take the project..
you can negotiate..with them.....and come to terms with them...
