Question Details Asked By Asked On
as you find it, etc. Camomile_Tea 02/08/08
    1. Imagine a cross.
    2. Slowly rotate it until it's upside down.
    3. Continue to rotate it until it's upright again.
    4. When you have finished, leave your cross upright. You should always leave your visualization as you find it; if you don't, you might feel a bit unbalanced afterwards.

Hi. I need to translate it but No. 4 is confusing.

Does the first sentence in 4 mean finish the exercise as you still see the cross upright?

Also, I have no idea what the author mean with "as you find it" in the second sentence.
