Hi, I have recently started using outlook express to access my easily web mail account. I can send and receive basic messages no problem however when a mail comes in with an attachment, whether it be .doc or otherwise, there is a ghost of the message but it cannot be seen and there is a message saying that the mail is stopped as it is suspicious. I have tried using regedit to allow certain file types but this doesnt seem to work. Please can you help.
