school schedules aime-cinema 02/08/08
    Hi,

You helped answer my question about how the administration determines bell schedules for schools. You mentioned that it is possible to use an Excel spreadsheet to help make bell schedule or schedule(s). Do you know how you could do this on an Excel spreadsheet?

    Thanks,
    Blaine

P.S. Sorry it took me almost two years to respond!

Do you mean a bell schedule which is times that the bell rings to start and stop each class period or a master schedule that determines when each class is offered, who teaches it and who are the students in each class.

You could use Excel to type in either kind of schedule, but Excel cannot determine what the schedule should be. There is software that helps with that.

Please give me more details and I will try to assist.
