Have you heard of signing up with companies with websites that offer Affiliation Programs? I am not exactly sure how they work, I believe similar to Ebay.
Any insight on that and if, in your opinion, money can be made that way.
Thanks in advance.

With affilate programs, you place an icon on YOUR website advertising a service or product for another company. If a visitor to your website clicks on the icon and buys the product or uses the service, you get a percentage of the price--a very low percentage. This is not similar to Ebay, though you can put Ebay links on your webpage. Ebay is an online auction service where people can offer items for sale.
An example of an affilate program would be Amazon.com. I' sure you see them all over. In fact, you can advertise specific books on your website with a link that lets the viewer buy the book from Amazon. Then you get a small cut. To learn more about it you might try www.cj.com

You mentioned it's hardwork and a fulltime job auctioning on Ebay.
In your opinion, is signing up with Affliates Program hardwork and a fulltime job to make decent money.
Thanks in advance.

No. An affiliate program shouldn' require as much hard work as directly selling on Ebay. Basically, you would set your website up with your affilation links (and you can have more than one). After that most of your time would be spent promoting your site, because your income would depend on site visitors. Then you would have to persuade visitors to click on your affilate links and persuade them that clicking on your links is better than clicking on someone elses links.
This means you have to develop some content on your site that brings in visitors.
You will also have to spend time determining which affilates work the best.
Once you are set up, it should only take a couple hours a week to change things, if they need changing. The rest happens automatically.
I don' see any reason why anyone should not do this since it is almost automatic. There are no garantees on how much you will make though. I don' think it is a steady source of high income. I had a affilate link with Amazon.com for several years where I not only had a general link but I actually selected books. While I had many people go to Amazon from my links, in all that time I only sold one book and made 77 cents, which I didn' get because you only get paid when the amount you make accumilates to a certain amount.
