    I heard that any products we put on our skin, enter into our bodies.

    I would like to know your opinions, about this. I have been a little concerned now about using moisturizers, lotions, etc.

      I have normal skin. I have started using olive oil on my face and body.

      Is ssame oil, egg white, and witch hazel good for normal skin as well?
