| Black dots on hands |

My daughter is visiting & came with pinpoint black dots on her hands. Most are on her palms & fingers, a few on her feet and very few scattered elsewhere. 4 days later & I am getting them also. Not itching or bumps, just black dots. They seem to start out brown & darken to black over time. Any ideas on what it is & how to get rid of it??
