i am a disabled person doing work for persons sometimes, gathering information...they were injured..defaulted on a vehicle loan.. called the co.. told them where it was.. but almost a yr. and a half later discovered the car was still there.. so stored it .. and contacted them .. as by then had got back to work.. and wanted to get a settlement contract.. but they had already written it off even thought a check was sent they sent it back.. and 2 attorneys ..really did not have much advice for them.. what is their recourse.. where can they go for help ? by the way this was somewhere in the west kansas if that makes a difference. |
