Continued.......Husbands Sentencing Day............ abusedandbattered 01/08/07
he is awaiting litigation for other charges too. This is all up to the Judge at his sentencing date on January 11, 2007 and he spent mote than just 6 months because his bail was revoked..he beat me up, pointed guns at me and out the window and said he would shoot any cop that came to the door, put the gun barrell in his mouth, other gun related charged, and when they caught him and arrested him, at the station he had kicked a State trooper in the groin. To save my life, in a month I had to call the police 6 times to come to the house. He was in jail for the month of February 2006 and then released on bail and then this on March 28th 2006 he niolated the protection from abuse order by beating me up again and then the Police stand off and kicking statee in the groin. THEN NO GETTTING out after six months because his bail was revoked..he has a record of pointing guns at people and with abusing me. Threatening to shhot me..I wish you can tell me if you think at his sentencing that he will get more time for all other litigations..Please help and I will provide you with any information that you need to follow up. Thank you and God be with you.
