I need to ask a question concerning my husbands sentencing on Jan..11,2007 on Thurdays AM....He has a record of terroristic threats, abusing me, over and over again, a police stand off with intent to shoot any officer he saw come to the door, violation of a protection of abuse order I have out on him, kicking a State Trooper in the groin. He has been in Jailsince March 28th and thought he would get released after the judge gave him 6 months. Well he is still in because his bail was revoked and his sentencing as I said, is for ALL of the above and his background of assaults and threats with guns...Do you or anyone think that the Jugde will be stupid enough to release him? or do you think he will serve more time? Please help me.....Thank you!! |
