I understand that a lot of "white card" fraud is accomplished through "shoulder surfing" for ATM PIN numbers.
Ok, so a criminal can find out your PIN by "shoulder surfing," but would having your PIN be enough for them to get money out of your account?
Don't they also need the ATM card number printed on the front of your card? They can't find out that number by "shoulder surfing," so how do they get that number?
