    In this age of online banking, it is very easy to access credit card account online. If a hacker has illegally obtained my password and use my credit card account to pay something online, am I liable to it? Can I refuse payment of that amount? Will the merchant shoulder the loss? Thanks for any information. I am just worried about this online thing in the presence of keyloggers and viruses; it's simply not safe.
