I am looking to build a heavy canvas training bag but don't know how and I was hoping someone could help |

I'm not sure what you mean by "training bag", could you elaborate further about what this is and explain what you need? For instance, do you need a pattern? Do you need help with some instruction in a pattern you already have? Or are you needing to know things like what kind of needle and thread to use?
