Hello voice guy,
I would like to hear more of your opinion on the appropriability of the field of corn used in my previous answers.
From your various answers I do not see the definition of appropriability as being restricted to or for the use of an owner or creator.
Thus the grower ( copyright owner ) must take into account the availability, accessibility, and potential for appropriation of the corn field to anyone who happens to be hungry. ( wants to eat the corn without paying )
My question is can " intellectual property " be safeguarded by any existing regulations which protect rightful ownership?
Again I am not looking for legal advice, just a better understanding of the concept of intellectual property and its relationship with technology.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. Have a nice day.
Sincerely, Conchan
