    Hello voice guy,

    Thank you for all your help in trying to understand these complex subjects. I appreciate it.

    With regulation I think that there would be some social claims, both for and against it depending on where ones interests were.

    My question is how are social controls ( such as values / norms ) and expertise used process these social demands about regulation?
