If someone is said to have ownership rights by paying a programmer for a piece of software but than another person is employed to make modifications to that software & it prooves to be very popular without the knowledge of the first intial developer my questoin is:
Who has legal rights to the property of software & ownership in relation & does intellectual property come into this as well?? |
