Making dry beans more digestible
making dry beans more digestible
sallie00 07/04/07
What is the tip for making beans more digestible or maybe not as high in carbohydrates?

I not sure, it seems like I heard to add a little baking soda during the cooking.

Can we do either make it more digestible or not as high in carbohydrates without taking away some of the nutrients?

    Any tips will be appreciated.
