Hi! Thank you for your last response! I have another question or a few! With my desease, I am supposed to limit or cut as much fat and salt out of my own cooking.
I like Itallion (I think I misspelled it:P) dishes! I have tried the whole wheat spaghetti and macaroni, but don't like the taste, buy low sodium tomatoe puree, and use a seasoning called Mrs Dash! One problem, then question! It taste like I am eating cardboard, but with a hint of spices! What can I do to make theses dishes palletable for me again! (Note I use low fat turkey, instead of ground beef!) Is there a way to liven my dietary needs? Thank you so much for you time! Have a great day!:) |
