Dear experts,
A friend of mine told me that never try to stay in an unfinished basement for a long time because the material of the insulation would release some harmful substances that are hazardous to the health of human being. In case one wants to make use of the basement, one'd better hire a qualified sub-contractor to finish it first. Is this statement true?
