I just saw "Fantastic Four." After the movie, at home I went to imdb.com to look up the name of the actor who played Reed Richards. It was Ioan Gruffudd.
I wanted to see what other movies he had starred in, because as I was watching "Fantastic Four," throughout the movie I kept trying to figure out what other movie I had seen him in before.
It turns out he starred as Sir Lancelot in "Arthur." Well, on imdb.com I saw that he was born in October of 1973. That makes him 31 years old right now. But in "Fantastic Four" he looked like he was in his mid 40s. He had deep set lines on his forehead. Those can't be his real wrinkles, because I just know a 31 year old man does not have deep set lines like that on his forehead.
So the makeup artists must have put those lines there. Why would they want to make him look like he was in his mid 40s? Jessica Alba's only 24. To have her character be romantically involved with a man who is that much older than her? Why do you think they would do that?
Many thanks,
C.L. |
