I have been given clues to determine who a celebrities is, but am having no luck so far.
The clues are :

This person's real love is not what they are famous for.
This person worked with a very famous friend on a very famous project.
This person is a stickler for regulations.
This person's phobia has cost them dearly.
This person used a tool to get famous.
This person has a strong link with the football world cup.
