One thing you can do to help them change environments is before you want to change them to a DIFFERENT place take two asprin and desolve them in water and water each plant this way before moving them to keep them from going into shock and dying. Some people do this every three months any way. The catus seem to like it also.
Just a foot note to further help you.
Good Luck Van

Are you joking?? I read lots of your answers at askme and I know you are a straight guy, but asprin for plants?? I will give it a try and let you know how it goes.
Would leaves from a willow tree incorporated into some compost help as well?

Hey Mick;
I have never tried willow leaves in compost. How ever I do have a Troybuilt chippervac and I grind up all of my leaves, tree limbs, pine cones and anything else that can be recycled into compost and put in my flower beds in the yard instead of fertilizer and pesticides. It saves lots of money and the plants love what it does to there home.
I do not mean to brag but our yard gets written up in the newspaper a lot because of how it looks year round. All I use is common sense to make flower beds and what seems to come natural. I do this because I enjoy doing it, and our neighbours
always stop me when I am in the yard working to get tips for their yards. I take a lot of pride in our plants and they always look great to say thank you.
I wish you all the best. Van
