hello expert. I have been given a scenerio but i'm not sure what questions to ask to help write a letter effectively for an activity at school.
This is the scenerio: and below I would just like you to read my letter to see if it makes sense, for grammar mistakes. etc?. Can you also help me with the possible questions? thank you so much!
Scenerio:
Play the part of brewmaster Carol Fischer, owner of Crystal Ale Microbrewery, 47 Ruby Line, St. John’s NF AIG 1P9. Your Crystal Ale beers have won local taste awards. However, sales are dismal, perhaps because your beer is pricier than mass-produced beers and because you have a meagre advertising and sales budget.
Then you hear about MicroBeer On-Line, a service that sells microbrewed beer via the World Wide Web. When you visit the Web site, you find descriptions of beer from many microbeweries, along with ratings for each beer. An order page enables customers to order beer directly from the Web site.
You wonder whether you might sell your beer via MicroBeer ON-Line, but you’re not exactly sure how the service works. For example, who writes the product descriptions, and who rates the beer ? Furthermore, because you offer some seasonal varieties of Crystal Ale, you are concerned about being able to change the selection of beer offered on the service. Of course , you also need to know the specifics of working with MicroBeer On-Line. For example, how much does it cost to sell online ? In addition, since Crystal Ale badly needs customers, you would like to know how many customers Crystal Ale might gain through MicroBeer On-Line. You have many questions ! You could email Mr Fahik, but you prefer a paper copy as a permanent record of the correspondence. My name is Carol Fischer and I am the brew master and owner of Crystal Ale Microbrewery. I am writing in hopes of finding out more about how Micro Beer On-Line monitors and sell beer via the World Wide Web.
While researching, I became impressed with the benefits as listed on the Web site, and became very interested in it. I would like to learn some more about the service. I am considering using your service as a key part of the system to improve sales and a means for advertising and sales budget.
In order to help make the decision, I need, however, some help with the following questions before I can decide whether or not to use Micro Beer On-Line:
1. Can you provide me with a brief description of how the service works?
