who is responsible? coldbut 03/16/05
    My son live's Montreal Quebec. There was water damage to all of his electranic equipment (about 20.000.00 dollars ), the landlord is not sure where the water is coming from. My son does not have insurance. Is the landlord responsible for replacing any of his equipment if the damage was caused by the landlors buiding(like a broken pipe)?
