collecting on a judgement SCOOBY 05/26/04
Approx 2-3 years ago I got a judgement against someone. It is possible this person no longer lives in this area. Is it possible to collect on a judgement if this person moved out of state? Could it be done by mail? Or would I need to go to the court house where she lives to garnish her wages?
