Tips of tolerance salama 03/30/03
I work in a health insurance business that caters for adults as well as children.

I have in the past dealt with customers who show total arrogance to the services we provide.

At times working ish difficult.A parent may bring a child to our business and I would note the behaviour/conduct of the child inappropriate.
When the parent is informed about the child's behaviour he/she may divert the problem and instead go to complain to our customer service dept. and the results would be caution on my part.

What I am asking is,If there's an inappropriate behaviour by customer how owuld I handle it?
