Dell and ethics Anonymous 09/26/03
Wondering if anyone can help me here. Basically I sent dell my computer, they replaced the motherboard ($700), they didn't call before they replaced it, I got no receipt and the computer still doesn't work. They say they won't refund. I don't even have proof they did anything. Now they say it might just be the C drive. Does this sound like a business ethics case, has anyone ever had to deal with an issue like this, if so, what was the outcome. Any advise is appreciated
