hedgehog1204@yahoo.com --- One of my coworkers told me: "Be carefull or you can fall and break your big ass of yours" when I was on the ladder trying to get stuff for production work I do in a warehouse. The company is medium and she is cambodian women. Half of the workers there are cambodians, it is like a mafia there. There are 2 managers under the president. I wonder what should I do to resolve this. I want to be treated with respect, even if I am just a warehouse production worker. I thoughts about this: 1) To send email to 2 managers saying "I was treated with disrespect by [Her]. Can you do something about it?" 2) "[She] told me that I have to be careful or I fall down and break my big ass. Can you do something about this?" 3) Put a letter into a suggestion box in the kithen "Please fire [Her] because she treats her coworkers with disrespect". What can you advise me? When I cam I signed only tax form, there was no agreement about behaving ethically, so she can win. She was always like that but nobody fires her because half of people there are cambodians, they use drugs and use profanities. She is like a queen of the cambodian mafia with tatoos, smoking, drinking, sexing, using profanities. I plan to leave the company if they dont fire her, because i cannot look at her and talk without feeling nausea. Should I say the truth about the reason of leaving to my bosses and new future employees? |
