| Company Policy changes.. |

I have worked in my Health Insurance company for 6 yrs now,4 as permanent employee.I am also a full time student at the Local university.My schedule is from 8 am to 4 pm to be in class and report for duty at 4PM.Since the total working hours are 40 hours,I do work all weekends till 5pm.
This has been my schedule for the past 3 years.Now I find it tiring and frustrating casue my perfomance isn't as I expect due to lack of reading time.
I have approached my immediate supervisor and explained my situation and she says she can't implement a new policy.I went to my Medical Director to have a word with him, and he "avoids" our meeting.
I am left to see either the Operations Manager", Who is said to have implemented this tough working condition and has biased opinion on "doctors" or the company CEO.
I am stranded now, cause I am self sponsored and I use my salary to educate my children,Pay rent and my school fees.
What would be the way forward in my problem solving situation?
