2D electrophoresis Squall 01/08/04
Hi, bit of a technical question.

Does anybody know of a good kit to extract proteins from human fibroblasts to run on a 2d electrophoresis system?

    Thanks

You could check out this site for BioRad:

      http://www.laboratorytalk.com/news/bie/bie116.html

Clontech also provides kits for protein extraction.

I guess so. I have never personally used these kits, however, the AD mentions use of their kits for extracting proteins to be run on a 2-D electrophoresis system.
