Hi,
I have straight hair.I am trying to curl my hair.
I follow the directions exactly.After I curl my hair and apply the waving solution leave it on for min of 20 minutes ,my hair does get the curls.As per the directions I have to rinse my hair with rollers on and then apply neutralizers thats when my curls vanish.Once I rinse my hair all the curl is gone even though i apply neutralizer after rinsing with rollers on , the curls are not formed again.
Can you please tell me how I should perm my hair?
