I watched the Chicago Bulls during their heyday years... CeeBee 06/27/03
    when they won all their NBA championships. One play that always confounded me was something called "delay of game". It usually happened when there were only seconds left in the 4th quarter. What does it mean? How does it work? Why is it done? Thanks for any explanation you can give me.
