INFORMING CUSTOMERS THAT YOU ARE BANKRUPT PLUTUS1947 11/03/02
Hello and welcome to you all at Answerway especially those who came like myself from Askme. Live long and prosper Answerway. My question is: When someone is made bankcrupt under BRITISH LAW and they become self employed, are they required by law to tell a potential customer that they are an undischarged bankcrupt. For example, a person made bankcrupt starts working for himself as a window cleaner. Does he have to tell a customer that he is bankrupt before cleaning the windows? If anyone has the answer can they please direct me to the correct URL. Thanks ICARUS
