Putting a Lien on a checking Account Anonymous 03/29/04
    If a person has their car repossessed, and owes say $5,000.00 on the loan....if the loan company decided to put a lien on the debtor's checking account to try to collect the balance owed, do they have to notify the debtor prior to action?
