The Shape of the Universe Ccl471 10/03/06
    Today I saw in a news article on Yahoo, theoretical physicist Lawrence Krauss of Case Western University in Ohio was quoted as saying that the universe is expanding and it is flat.

    So the universe is not spherical in shape, is it? Why wouldn't it be a sphere?
