    I'm a bit confused as to the sun being in this or that constellation. How can we know what constellation it is in when we can only see the stars at night and the sun by day (when we can't see the stars)?

    For instance, the sun is in Leo in late July. But you can only see Leo at night, so how do you know the sun is in Leo, if you see what I mean...
