    MY MOTHER WANTS TO KNOW WHO THE ARTIST WAS THAT CUT OFF HIS OWN EAR. I FEEL SILLY ASKING THIS, BUT SHE SAID AN ARTIST THAT PAINTED WEIRD PAINTING AND LIVED SOMETIME AGO, DID IN FACT CUT OFF HIS OWN EAR, BUT SHE DID NOT KNOW HIS NAME. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS?
