Yes. It was none of Starr's business and he was harassing Clinton and threatening Lewinsky. Clinton faced him down and won.

in the fact that Susan Webber Wright made a decision to exclude Lewinsky evidence ;yes I guess it was a win. But I guess if you believe that oral sex is not sex then you could also make a case he didn't commit pergury.

I don't care who he had sex with ;however reports about sexual harassment (Jones) ,assault (Kathleen Willey) ,and rape (Juanita Broaddrick )are Clinton's legacy. I can't believe the country is seriously considering letting him stalk the White House again.

Women can take care of themselves; many want exciting sexual attention they don't get from their unimaginative chickenhawk partners(who aren't real men, incidently).
