I forgot the add the key part of Hillary's 2002 speech before her vote :

In the four years since the inspectors left, intelligence reports show that Saddam Hussein has worked to rebuild his chemical and biological weapons stock, his missile delivery capability, and his nuclear program. He has also given aid, comfort, and sanctuary to terrorists, including al-Qaida members, though there is apparently no evidence of his involvement in the terrible events of September 11, 2001.

Now this doesn't say that she agrees with the Bush adm. claim . She is making these claims all on her own authority based on her knowlege of the intelligence related to Iraq that had been accumulated since the days when her husband was President . She knew that in 1998 the Clinton's authorized the bombing of Iraq for 4 days during Operation Desert Fox. She knew that they bombed a Sudanese factory because Iraqi scientist were working in collaboration with al-Qaeda to make chemical and biological WMD there .

It shouldn't suprise me ;but it does ,for her to now say that she was somehow deceived and duped into voting for the war resolution.
