BUSH'S HEARTLESS POLICY OPPOSED BY DEMS. Choux... 12/06/06
    "Senator Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.), incoming chairwoman of the Environment and Public Works Committee, says that she plans to back Sen. Hillary Clinton’s plan to provide federally-funded healthcare for workers who became sick after spending time at Ground Zero in the days immediately following the September 11 attacks. The Republican Congress and White House have resisted pleas to provide such care for years."

      I didn't blame either party. And as a matte of fact I named Bush as wrong on this issue. I didn't think it was either a Democrat OR a Republican issue, but rather a "big government not doing their job" issue.

      As I recall, Elliot was wanting to step up and do something himself - which is the great American way. I applauded his desire then, I applaud it now, and I'm willing to contribute. Both of us are for helping these workers, I'm just against your abusive manners.
