in reality ;when the UNSC meets this week to consider slapping Iran with Capter 7 sanctions it will be Russia and China that most likely squash a unanamous resolution.

But it will not matter either way . They put together resolution 1701 and then have had difficulty mustering enough blue helmets to field a cricket match .And of course when they go there will be no mandate to actually use any force so the resolutions are toothless........unless the US deems the resolutions worthy of enforcement ...in which case we will be universally condemned .
