    Condi Rice says that democracy is just around the corner in the Middle East.

    So Neo-Nazi Board members and rational thinkers, what is it?

      No, in conclusion, both statements are correct. The Middle East is on the edge of Democracy, but being on the edge of Democracy is causing a global war. Rice and Gingrich are both correct.
