I happen to beleive that the exact opposite is true. If Delay weathers the storm and gets a complete aquittal (which is more than likely), he'll be able to cry "Democratic Witch Hunt" from the rooftops. He'll be on every news show in the country and in every open forum available to him talking about the bully tactics and lies of the Democrats. That would be a blow the Dems wouldn't recover from for years.

What goes around comes around... especially in politics. The Dems are heading for a fall on this issue (or lack of an issue, as the case may be).
