yeah ;Hillary spent a couple of hours in the Astro Dome. Now she is an expert . She suggested that FEMA become a cabinet level position and seperate it from Dep.Homeland Security (not a bad idea btw) . The problem is that she along with most of the Democrats were pushing for it's inclusion into the super-bureocracy .
