I didnt get answers I was look for. ebbers dint steal anything but yes investrs lost. That's not same thing. Experts answeered fraud, but I meant what exactly was the fraud? Failing to file forms was just a add-on to charges. Like - Joe was convicted of murder - ok, WHO did Joe murder? Etc. thank you.
