Level 3 Sex Offender	excon	07/08/05
Hello experts: I don't understand something. But, I'm really dumb, so maybe you can explain it to me. Here we have a level 3 sex offender (many of 'em) who shouldn't be walking the streets because they might offend again. So, we track 'em - or try to. And, they offend again - Duh!!!!! So, if they shouldn't be on the streets, why the hell are they? The government doesn't mind giving people long sentences. Oh, oh, that's right - only pot smokers get long sentences. Do you feel better protected when a pot smoker goes in, but to make room for him, a sexual deviant get's out. Something is screwed up here - and I know what it is - do you? excon
