Hello very well behaved right wingers: You have a Constitutional right to sue for grievances. If your lawsuit is frivolous, the courts will throw it out. If it is not, the courts will let the suit go forward. If a jury of your peers agrees that you have been damaged and awards you compensation, then the jury of your peers has decided that the damages are just. That's the way it is. I trust my peers. If it was YOUR child that was maimed by a bad doctor, you certainly would not like your award capped. Bush is taking away another fundamental Constitutional right. Are you gonna jump in lock step with him and ETWolverine, or are you gonna stand up for your rights? excon

Furthermore, to lump me in will all other very well behaved right wingers makes the blatent assumption that ALL right wingers are very well behaved, or that all very well behaved people are right wingers!!!! My sarcasm for the day... Clarification/Follow-up by ETWolverine on 01/06/05 9:50 am: Kindj, I don't thin that it would require an amendment of any sort. It would be a PROCEDURAL change, and the SC justices may have to sign off on it since it would affect their circuits. But I don't think it would require a full blown amendment to the Constitution, or even a new law. At worst, it would require a congressional majority for new legislation, not a supermajority. Elliot
