      some more facts :
The WMD shell was unmarked ; this is significant as it clearly indicates that this weapon's required markings were removed or never applied in the first place to make it easy to hide.

It was a medium caliber binary chemical shell; this is a typical size artillery round for chemical agents. Binary means that when it sits in storage the chemical agent is not yet active because the internal workings are designed to use the extreme shock and centrifugal forces caused by firing it to mix the chemicals and form the lethal chemical agent. Without the specific types and level of forces applied by firing, the reagents do not mix well and so do not form much lethal chemical agent.

The shell was used in an IED .The terrorists who tried to use the unmarked chemical shell did not know what they had or how it could be used' but because of the media coverage, they do now.

The terrorists also know which ammunition dump they obtained the shell from . That ammo dump may or may not be one that we know about.(if we took them prisoner ,and put them in Maxi-pads would they talk?)
