Hello Christians: I'm a Jew. I think Iran ought to be wiped out. It's a blot on the map. This time, Israel should drop the big one. Screw those Arabs, or Persians or whatever the fk they call themselves. excon

can't blame ya. I lived there for parts of 2 years before the revolution .I have to say I did not sense a big hostility towards Americans then . There is a large segment among the young who are very pro-American and pro-democratic .They do not want to live by the rule of the ayatollas and mullahs. I have always in the past said we should do what we can to assist them without war. But in the last election the results were rigged so that Mahmoud Ahmadinejad was the hand picked ruler of the country . He is a bad ass ;and Iran is close to getting the nuke .So the old question comes to play ;how long do you wait ? He has directly threatend to destroy Israel ;he is building the weapons systems to do it . If this is nothing but rhetoric it is a dangerous game he plays. Patriotism is not the last refuge of the scoundel ;anti-semitism is.Change is coming to the Middle East and the mullahs in Iran will be in the dustbin of history. They are afraid ;very afraid and that may make them desperate.They are losing their grip on their society so to rally the people they go back to that old tired solution ..blame the Jews .There is no real unifying "arab culture ".It is the one thing that he can say that he has 100% assurance that the person on the street can support.But when the regime has the means to carry out it's threat then a threshold will have been crossed . Time is running out .As Michael Leeden says ....faster please.
